Neil Armstrong 2020-2021 School Registration

Dear Neil Armstrong Community,

I hope you are well and ready to start the school year.  I hope you were able to enjoy some time with family and some friends during this most unusual summer. I'm sure that many of you have questions regarding what the start of school will look like.  We are still working out all the details, but I assure you that our staff is excited to meet your student.  We are returning to school in a fully remote platform, and hope to have students return in person as soon as possible and when it's safe to do so. 

We invite parents to complete the 2020-21 registration process, which is broken up into two steps.

1) Annual Update- Parent Portal information- If your child is currently enrolled in an SRVUSD school, you must complete the Annual Update by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. The Annual Update should be completed as soon as possible. This allows updates, weekly newsletters, etc. to be sent to the email address(es) you designate in your Update. If you do not remember your name or password, please email the Portal Help Desk. Contact them now if you need help to help avoid delays as we get closer to the school opening date.

2) Neil Armstrong's Online Registration - opened AUGUST 3rd. You may be wondering why we are asking for school donations if we are opening remotely.  Although students won't be starting the year on campus, we still need your support to provide the support for all students with programs and supplies for our teachers.  If you are interested what your donation support with our Academic Boosters and our PTA, please view our 2020 Donation Information Graphic  Families in our Focus program are able to make their program donation at this same school registration website as it facilitates the registration process for all three organizations.

You will see that our Learning Fund supports all of students with library services, student intervention, and supplies our teachers with the tools they need to support students. We do continue to need your support to ensure that our Instructional Assistants, School Librarian, and Rainbow Room (counseling services) continue to be able to support our students. Similarly, please join our PTA- our Parent Teacher Association.  Both of these volunteer organizations help our school and support all students.  It will especially be important this year as we build our community connections online.  

We understand that not everyone is in a place to donate.  We appreciate any amount that you are able to contribute.  As always, participation in this online registration is completely voluntary.

More information will be coming from Child Nutrition Department on our school lunch program this year.  If your family financial situation has changed due to the recent pandemic, you may qualify for the federal food program.  Please click here to get more information and to apply.
